Key Responsibilities

Translate research findings into actionable insights that will influence reaching hundreds of millions of people.
Communicate effectively to motivate people to act in marketing and across the organization.
Develop and drive research strategy
Schedule regular calls/meeting with the customer to get update on product effectiveness and performance and provide solution to increase sales which benefits the customers
Manage and maintain important marketing leads
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Contacts leads in prepare customers for product previews and demo
Analyse community, cultural, technological and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Social Media ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created

Minimum Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred
1 - 2 working experience of sales (B2B, B2C)
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices, as well as success metrics for organic and paid posts
Experience using systems such as MS Word, Excel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Automation (preferably Marketo)
Interacts in a professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner with management, clients, and prospects in any setting
