We only charge when you’ve successfully hire the candidates from us, there are no deposits to commence our service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
To save your time and sanity, we will manage all communications with candidates - sourcing to screening to arranging interviews up to offer letter signing. You will only need to interview the candidate and welcome them for onboarding.
We will also invite your team to have initial discussion to clear out any questions for both parties. Most times, we will uncover alot valuable information that will help us to enhance your job description. This will increase your chance in hiring within short time period.
You will receive qualified candidates for interview within 2 weeks after contract signing. Our team will dive into the existing database while we search for Passive Candidates, ensuring you’re getting the best candidates.
Passive Candidates are 90% of our successful hirings by companies that collaborate with Seekers for their hiring needs. We have found out that these candidates rarely go on job portals to apply for job vacancies. Our team is skilled in approaching Passive Candidates who can change from ‘not looking for jobs’ to ‘interested to apply’.
There is no penalty if the candidates Seekers introduced are not suitable but we appreciate an open discussion with the hiring manager. We are your hiring partner and we share the same goal, to hire quality talents. It helps us to understand your formula for successful hiring so we can secure more qualified candidates for you.
Not a problem, we offer you up to 3 months guarantee period. We would just need a copy of their resignation letter to proceed the refund of recruitment fee.
Seekers is owned by Agensi Pekerjaan Job Search Asia Sdn. Bhd. holds the highest grade C license issued by JTK, the Human Resource Ministry of Malaysia. This license covers international projects also. Please email email@example.com for more details.
