• You will be serving world famous American multinational E-commerce company. The job responsibilities includes:
• Provide e-commerce customer support via phone, email and online chat. 
• Answer customer comments, enquiries, and complaints in a professional manner. 
• Maintain good relationship & positive engagement with customers. 

Skills & Experiences

• Excellent communication skill in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) & English 
• Able to work on shift basis and public holiday
