Job Description
The Global Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new recruitment business opportunity globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to potential clients who have inquired via web marketing.
- Actively approach to acquire potential clients in the global market.
- Introduce our recruitment consulting service to the potential client and lead them to make a consulting contract with us.
- Elicit detailed information from the client regarding the type of candidate they are seeking, required job details, salary package, and provided benefits.
- Share the details of client requests with the team and discuss with our career consultants the type of registered candidate suitable to propose to the client.
Skills & Experiences
- Over 3 years of work experience as a sales executive in the intangible product field.
- A team player who is quick to learn, independent, and highly adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
- Proactively come up with ideas for acquiring new clients and execute them independently.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Excel and Office 365.
- Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- If you have a deep love for Japanese culture and Japanese cuisine are warmly welcomed.
- Experience in sales of recruitment agency or web marketing industry is an added advantage.
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
