Key Responsibilities
- You do not need to look for sales lead as it will be provided accordingly and you will be fully responsible to meet or exceed sale target or revenue goals by achieving conversion rate from the enquiry of digital marketing service
- Meeting up with a potential client to introduce our professional service in digital marketing
- Listen and understand client's pain point (problem) and challenges in digital marketing
- Collect and gather the client's requirement, expectation towards digital marketing development milestone and budgeting
- Prepare and optimize proposal to suit/meet client requirement and expectation including the project milestone planning
- Negotiate the pricing and charges on the quote that we propose to the client to meet client's budget
- Assist client to monitor an implementation of scope to be in order and is executed accordingly
- Ensure the execution results meet client's requirement and expectation
- Monitoring the execution plan and do necessary adjustment or change of plan if needed
- Update and report to the client on project progress milestone and condition
- Do the follow up on necessary documentation with a client such as quotation, sales order, proforma invoice and invoice
- Do a necessary follow up payment from a client
- Coordinate with client for any content change, remove and edit or any additional task needed
- Coordinate with the production team for any comment on the content change, remove & edit or any additional task needed
- Provide a quick and efficient response to both client and production team to ensure quality and efficiency service delivery to a client
- Assisting client to explore other digital marketing services from us in order to help them to excel in digitalizing their business
- Prepare and do follow up on proposal according to stage development
- Work closely with the internal team in order to achieve a client's target
- Sharing the right and accurate information from a client to the team in order to avoid miscommunication
- Identify potential talent if any
- Lead and develop a pool of account servicing talent for the company
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 3 year of working experience in Digital Account Client Servicing
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (eg.Facebook, Twitter and etc)
- Search marketing (eg. Google AdWords)
- Digital marketing account servicing
