As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and maximize online presence. This is a key role that will contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic FinTech and EduTech company.
- Managed remotely by the Headquarters.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, video/YouTube advertising and display advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to attract and engage target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the FinTech or EduTech industry.
- Languages required: Cantonese (Speaking is a must), Chinese (Writing is a must), English
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the financial industry or knowledge of algorithmic trading is a pluss.
