Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and maximize online presence. This is a key role that will contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic FinTech and EduTech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managed remotely by the Headquarters.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, video/YouTube advertising and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies. 

Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the FinTech or EduTech industry.
  • Languages required: Cantonese (Speaking is a must), Chinese (Writing is a must), English 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the financial industry or knowledge of algorithmic trading is a pluss.
