Key Responsibilities
- Summary: The role of this position is a sales support role.
- Working alongside the main sales person and will be responsible for dealing with customers and projects.
- Dealing with preparing quotations, assisting in the preparation of sales materials and managing projects (setting up and running projects).
- Dealing with an average of 3-4 quotes per day.
Skills & Experiences
- At least 3 years working experience in BtoB business sales or sales assistant
- Business level of English and Japanese fluency (She will need to liaise with Tokyo office)
- Experience of dealing with clients and customers.
- Good in Excel, PPT document creation (minimum functions, pivot table)
- Experience of working in a Japanese company
