Audit response(SG/KL).
Input data on consolidated accounting system (DIVA).
Make report based on IFRS for SG/KL/IND.
Receivables management, checking overdue receivables, notifying & reconciling long-term overdue customers.
Approval and Variance Report.
Check remittances(SG/KL/IND).
Check corporate tax and GST.
System setting (Accounting system, application system).
Calculate salary, CPF submission, making IR8A.
Apply Visa, IR21 etc in need.
Answer for survey from MOM, each country's government.
Set budget (If candidate has knowledge and experience).
Another add hoc task such as Admin job(booking meeting room, arrange security cards, Arrange mobile phone etc).
Check and save signed contract, calculation for FTE.
Manage Malaysian PR, and coworkers in India branch in English.
