Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall operation activities, include coordinate and manage process improvement, sustaining, upkeep equipment maintenance and all activities related to production
- Responsible to drive yield improvement and continuous improvement plan
- Organize, plan and monitor to ensure production operate in optimum performance to fulfil on-time delivery to the customers
- Operation KPI monitor and timely trigger corrective actions for improvement
- Build up and installing right workplace culture and discipline, 5S and safety in the session in-charge
Skills & Experiences
- 10 years of experience in a managerial position
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
