Sales manager for a Semcon industry
Key Responsibilities
- Promote BPE Synergy products to semiconductor companies.
- Managing organizational sales by developing business strategies that cover sales, revenue and expenses control.
- Lead and guide the team in executing practice planned to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and direction.
- Overseeing the activities of sales team, manage, develop, coach and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Tracking sales goals, generate reports and develop presentation to management for sales performance.
- Attend meeting at customers site (monthly & ad-hoc) for project status update and keep good rapport with customers.
- Provide support to on-site technical team. Acknowledge, discuss and understand customers feedback and comments with engineering department and other departments to ensure all issues and complaints are responded and resolved on timely manner.
- Observe and responsible to routinely report on departments KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor sales.
- Have well network of semiconductor companies.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies will be and added advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skill.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team.
- Results-oriented with strong analytic skills.
