Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration
  • Responsible for the application and renewal of Advertising Permit & Developer's License (APDL)
  • Responsible to liaise with the architect to prepare the Sales Kit including the 3D Perspective, building plan, development plan, specification sheet and FAQ from buyers 
  • Updating of developer's website
  • Reviewing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
  • Assist in the development of price list
  • Apply for end financing bank panelist
  • After sales
  • To administer after-sales process including collection of purchasers' details, monitoring of purchasers' end financing application and signing of SPA & loan agreements.
  • To coordinate works between sales agent, lawyer, and banker
  • To assist in purchasers' billing and bank drawdown
  • To apply for blanket consent (when applicable)
  • Attend to requirements by the Ministry of Housing including timely submission of the form
  • Administrating the claim of sales agent and lawyer
  • Attend to purchasers' inquiry and requests
  • Organizing handover of vacant possession
  • Coordinating defect rectification work
  • Generate undertaking letters to authorities or stakeholders for sales related matter
  • General Administration
  • Responsible for filing of all documentation in softcopy and hardcopy
  • Documentation includes purchasers' profile, consultants & contractors claims, and land matters
  • To do land search and inquire any land matters from land office
  • Organize meetings
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Manage office petty cash
  • Receive and send out mail
  • Submission of staff claim
  • General maintenance of office cleanliness.

Skills & Experiences

  • At least diploma holder in any discipline
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Have basic Microsoft skills (Words&Excel)
  • Own a driver's license with your own vehicle
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
