Originally from Johor, the group expanded the operation and established a branch in Selangor in 2019. Within 2 years, it has acquired land banks for 500 houses with a gross development value of RM250million, which the group targets to deliver within the next 3 years. Currently there are 6 projects under construction. The group continues to expand aggressively in the region and plans to deliver RM100million worth of property annually.
