Job Description

Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly calendar scheduling and managing for MD.
• Assists MD on daily administrative duties.
• Update and Communicate with MD on the daily meetings and conferences
• Arranging accommodation and transport for MD during overseas business trip.
• Compiling MD personal and business expenses and make payment with petty cash prepared.
• Daily monitor of the cleanliness and tidiness of MD office and workplace to be always prepared for visitors.
• Progression update from HOD of tasks scheduled by MD and report to MD.
• Act as the communication bridge between MD and staffs or suppliers& customers.
• Organize company CSR activity/event instructed by MD. (Meal Distribution, Gotong Royong and etc.)
• In charge of staffs allowance & petty cash distribution instructed by MD.
• Management of Clock in system (Worksy) on behalf of MD with instruction given by MD.
• Cooperate with HR department on special events (company annual dinner, bowling day, etc) by conveying MDs opinions and expectations to members involve.

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum SPM graduate. 
• Basic PC Skill such as MS Word, Excel, PP
• Min 2 years of working experience as a PA, Admin, Hospitality industry
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Good in communication, problem-solving skills and arrangement,
• Teamwork, Cooperative, Flexible mind, Hospitality mind
• Have own transportation
