Job Description
Developing a new project, high-end residence next to Lalaport. Liaise with Cleaning company, Security company, Building maintenance company, Concierge Maintain a good relationship with partners and provide good service to the residents
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Cleaning company, Security company, Building maintenance company, Concierge
- Maintain a good relationship with partners and provide good service to the residents
- Budget planning and cost calculation (utility and maintenance)
- Handle troubles and resolve immediately
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor degree in any
- Min 10 years of related experience in Property Management
- Experienced in arranging and managing high-end condominium and residence
- Experienced in involving with new residence projects
- Experienced in large sized residence
- Experienced in budget planning and cost calculation
- Strong communication in English and Malay
