Key Responsibilities
- To assist and support the Department Head in Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance to applicable legal requirements.
- To assist and ensure incoming raw materials, in process testing and final products quality are comply to company, customer and statutory requirements.
- To assist and support customer services in quality related and communicate on customers complaints matter from China,Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Thailand and etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external personnel to understand quality needs and provide support in timely and effective manner to achieve quality objective.
- Continuously review on quality documents, procedures and confirmation on effectiveness of action taken
- Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on all quality issues and progress.
- Assist in prepare quality documentation and reports such as 8D report, countermeasure report and etc.
- Monitor and analysis the record of defects and failure rates.
- Perform others duties as and when assigned by superior.
Skills & Experiences
- Must have diploma / degree in engineering
- Candidate must have JLPT N2
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/ QC
- Knowledge in QC tools and methodologies in QC/QA, SPC skill
- Good in analysis and attention to details, knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001
