Skills and Requirements

Candidate may possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields.

Possess knowledge on food and beverages preparations is an added advantage.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Required to work on weekends and eve of public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Job Description

Oversee operations to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety regulations, implementation policies and guidelines in the outlet

Responsible in driving the team to meet sales targets

Ensuring that corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlets.

Analyzing and reporting on restaurant performance and taking corrective action when necessary.

Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers & employees.

Monitor the operating costs of several outlets and take corrective actions to mitigate them.

Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are always kept in/out of the restaurant environment

Perform daily closing; cash count and bank in on daily basis.

Able to manage and handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction and investigate causes and reasons for customer complaints

Handle all matters in relation to outlet workers, such as disciplinary issues, worker's attendance, work scheduling, manpower planning, work delegation

Train new joiners in Company SOPs (front and back of house) and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards.

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
