Store Assistant Manager (副店長）

Job Description

The role of the store assistant manager is to manage and run the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run the restaurant 
• Cooking, serve customers, cleaning
• Staff management (create shift, manage the revenue, and education)
• Report to Japan HQ

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum diploma education. 
• Minimum 2 years of F&B or Retail working experience. 
• Have a management experience in any field (about 5-10 staff)
• Able to understand Profit and Loss statement and run the operation accordingly
• Non-Halal (they dont have pork but they have alcohole)
• Good in communication, management, understand Japanese food culture
• Able to travel to Japan for 3 weeks for the training
