Job Responsibilities

Summary:  Main role covers personal assistant/admin tasking  to Managing Director  and Japanese expatriates. 

Details:

Acting as personal assistant to MD, Japanese expatriates and their families including tasking in Working Visa, condominium, School, Reservation of dinner/lunch, Golf, Bank account, Hospital, travel, and telephone. 

Schedule management of top management and Head of Management. 

Handle tasking in Visitor arrangement (hotel, transportation, supporter room, telephone, serve coffee/tea). 

Manage drivers for Japanese expatriates and company car.

Manage Income tax for Japanese expatriates.

Handle Canteen management.

Manage Scrap Management and administration.

Ensure legal compliance related Administration.

Perform any other administrative job or assignment given and instructed by management.
