Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full set/ partial of accounts e.g. Payable, Receivable, Treasury, General Ledger etc ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles
- Produces ledger balance for reporting purposes
- Processing of payment by cheque and e-banking system
- Preparation of monthly schedules to support account balance
- Proper ans systematic filing of documents
- Preparing invoices and following up on receivables
- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Skills & Experiences
- Certificate Accounting from Higher NITEC or LCCI
- Excellent Microsoft knowledge especially in Excel
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (read and speak) to deal with Singapore suppliers
