Japanese Speaking Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for handling full set account and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting staffKL/IND).
• Responsible for account monthly closing, Yearly closing (include tax calculation) for SG branch.
• Audit response(SG/KL).
• Input data on consolidated accounting system (DIVA).
• Make report based on IFRS for SG/KL/IND.
• Receivables management, checking overdue receivables, notifying & reconciling long-term overdue customers.
• Approval and Variance Report.
• Check remittances(SG/KL/IND).
• Check corporate tax and GST.
• System setting (Accounting system, application system).
• Calculate salary, CPF submission, making IR8A.
• Apply Visa, IR21 etc in need.
• Answer for survey from MOM, each country's government.
• Set budget (If candidate has knowledge and experience).
• Another add hoc task such as Admin job(booking meeting room, arrange security cards, Arrange mobile phone etc).
• Check and save signed contract, calculation for FTE.
• Manage Malaysian PR, and coworkers in India branch in English.

Skills & Experiences

• Fluent in English, and Japanese (More than JLPT N2)
• Min 5 years experience in accounting
• Able to handle small-scale stand-alone and annual accounts on their own
• Possess flexible mindset
• Experience in using Quickbooks is a plus
