Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Admin Asst Manager to carry out sales support and related support activities. Initiate and track order to completion. Liaise with OM and service providers. Ensure orders are manufactured in a correct and timely manner in alignment with specification and quality requirement.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeless.
- To check and verify all OMs and service providers invoices and to match up with the delivery orders and the purchase order.
- Inform customers on expected shipment schedule, unforeseen shipment delays or problems.
- To liaise with designers and printers to fulfil the expectation of customers for packaging amendment and artwork to reflect latest products regulatory labelling requirement.
- Attend packaging online proofing.
- Provide after-sales support
- To liaise with shipping agent/broker on availability of vessel, vessel booking and custom clearance
- To receive and store incoming material, handle logistics of finished goods for local distribution, and manage the store.
- To support QC Executive/Officer to conduct in-process inspection and final/pre-shipment inspection.
- To perform other work related functions as assigned by Head of Department.
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum Diploma holder
- 1 year Experience in liaising with US & China suppliers and clients on import and export matters
- Able to work in office
- Fluent in Mandarin (liaise with China customers) and English (liase with US suppliers).
