Japanese Speaking Inbound Operation Executive

Job Description

The role is responsible for the sales activities, travel arrangement, operation management, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel arrangements, operation management, escort services, and event management services.
• Sales activities for new and existing clients.
• Plan, arrange tours based on clients request, and prepare quotations.
• Customer care after they arrived in Malaysia.
• Making reservations and inspections of local restaurants, hotels, etc. in response to reservations.
• Providing customer service who are coming to Malaysia from Japan.

Skills & Experiences

• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or equivalent level), English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Travel or Aviation industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in admin task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (excel, words, powerpoint etc)
• Having sales experience is added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is added advantage
