Japanese Speaking Customer Relation Executive

Job Description

The Customer Relation Executive is responsible for attending our Japanese customers to the hospital as Interpreter for doctor consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as  Interpreter for doctor consultation.
• Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospitals procedures, insurance claiming etc.
• Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customer who involve in car accident. 
• Handling document and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English. 
• Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
• Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
• These duties need to 24 hour standby shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday by rotational shift.

Skills & Experiences

• Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field 
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 & above), Good English and Malay 
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley
• Willing to work shift, including weekend and public holiday
