Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Digital Marketing departments and overseeing daily operations to ensure the organization is functioning efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising a team of digital marketing professionals, including digital marketing, influencer marketing and creative team.
- Set the direction and vision for projects in alignment with the Client's objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
- Develop and implement design strategies to achieve clients business goals, enhance brand presence, and drive innovation.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept idealization to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively, including budget, manpower, and tools, to support the creative design process and meet project objectives.
- Maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Need to understand client/ project requirements and be able to address feedback.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career growth within the team.
- Overseeing the creation of creative design ideas into visual representations as to present to clients.
- Find out and research for the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the requirements of clients.
- Able to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues that arise.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as a marketing manager.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills
- Track record of successfully generating growth and profitability.
- Familiar with Digital Marketing- Meta Business Managers, FB, IG Ads; Influencer Marketing- Influencers Analytic tools Reporting- Google Looker Studio , SEMRush, AHRefs
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay
