Skills and Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Produces reports that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards

Be proficient with English And Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) Language

Job Responsibilities

Write operational, instructional, maintenance documentations such a "how to" guides, reference manuals, technical documents etc

Conducts phone / email communication with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation

Researches and translates technical information into documents for nontechnical and technical users.
