Job Responsibilities

Manage daily Human Resource functions for multi-site organization including, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee and labor relations, and labor/employment law compliance

Instill Company Values and culture to drive employee engagement

Oversee the processing of new hire paperwork, coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with management and Human Resources leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Maintain and update company organizational charts, employee records, and company handbooks

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, engagement, and retention

Manage payroll for more than 3500 employee - MUST have this experience
