Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- To develop product sales in assigned territory as defined by the company
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- To provide excellent service and maintain a good relationship with customers
- To achieve sales target set by the company
- Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new and existing products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolve customers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills & Experiences
- Working experience as a Sales Executive
- Min education qualification: Primary school
- Has own transportation with valid driving license and willing to travel
- Added advantage: Able to start immediately, experience in the lubricant industry, fluent in Mandarin
