Skills and Requirements

Min 1 year office work experience

Possess at least SPM and above

Good communication and persuasion skills in English

Excellent Microsoft office knowledge

Possess own transport

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibility:  Change Exchange Rate USD/JPY every early Month 

Daily tasks:

1. Key in Sales Order/Purchase Order for Oversea/Local Customer 

2. Create Delivery Schedule of Oversea/Local Customer 

3. Release delivery schedule / Update delivery schedule Final quantity 

4. Prepare & filling shipping documentation 

5. Arrange driver to deliver part ( Bonded truck) 

6. Booking shipment /flight with forwarder 

7. Make commercial invoice use SX SYSTEM & manual invoice 

8. Make Sales Debit/Credit Note for Return Note /Claim 

9. Arrange & booking courier services(Fedex/DHL) 

10. Documentation Filling/Storage /5s activity 

11. Follow up forwarder document 

Monthly tasks:

1. Update final delivery quantity due date end of month( all customer) 

2. Fill up summary delivery quantity

3. Customer On-Time Delivery Performance 

4. Prepare Marine Insurance report by end of month and submit D/N (debit note) to account by 4th every month.

5. Submit document to Account  

6. Tooling Shot Updated to PASMY by 9th every month 

7. Updated Licensed Expired Date
