Job Responsibilities

1. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:-

Maintain highest level of Juara Ayamas in all work assignments

Work as cashier, server, packer and any other duties assigned by the duty manager from time to time.

Prepares, packs,greet customers, suggest food items, thanks customers, taking orders, clearing tables and utensils and send order

2. Specific Responsibilities:-

Raw product, cook food, Further Process Product and Groceries according to approved Kedai

Ayamas procedures.

Adhere to approved Kedai Ayamas Operating Standard holding times and temperatures for all food products.

Pack all food products in approved Kedai Ayamas container lid and bags.

Rotate food, raw products, further processed products, ingredients and paper products on FIRST IN, FIRST OUT basis (oldest goods should be used/cooked first)

Code dates packaged food products.
