Key Responsibilities
- Assist to configure parameters or application download
- Perform key loading in portal
- Perform software or hardware testing on terminals
- Inspect and test the terminals to make sure they meet required levels of quality before deployment
- Assist in-house repairs on our terminal machines
- Perform on-site visits for terminal installations or repairs.
- Assist on packing when needed
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to prepare clear and organised reports
- Capable using both Microsoft Words & Excel
- Able to work independently and willing to take new challenges
