Bachelor Degree in any course.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing in online and offline marketing.
Have experience liaising and managing media agency.

This is an individual contributor role. You will not manage any subordinates.
Will work closely with Area Manager
Drive the organisation's Malaysia marketing initiatives to ensure maximum destination awareness in the markets under our purview for key markets of Malaysia and Thailand, and secondary markets of Brunei, Cambodia & Laos - towards achieving visitor arrivals and tourism receipt targets.
This includes media and social media initiatives, brand and media partnerships and other consumer outreach programs and activities which dovetail and/or align with the overall messages and key objectives of the organisation's overarching marketing strategies and plans.
Work as part of the team, with the Area Director, Executive Director and external stakeholders, to develop and drive innovative marketing partnerships and business strategies that positions Singapore as a top-of-mind leisure destination, and drive conversions to Singapore.
Manage the organisation's Malaysia and Thailand's Public Relations and digital agencies, including collaborating with the various business units in the organisation's Headquarters (HQ), and the organisation's appointed digital agency, PR and media agencies.
Conceptualise and execute creative marketing and digital campaigns and brand partnerships towards achieving the organisation's desired business objectives, by collaborating with the appointed agencies. This includes (list is not exhaustive):
Planning, advising and executing digital/ PR activations throughout the year to support the organisation Malaysia and Thailand's workplans, such as our travel campaigns and partnerships
Working with the agency to create and amplify destination-related content and drive engagement on the organisation's digital platforms, on traditional and new media, as well as online communities such as Facebook, Instagram, TiKToK and more. Anticipating and advising on potential online issues that will impact Singapores image and perception.
Working with agency on earned media plans, including PR campaigns and strategies
Identify and manage brand/content partnerships which support digital and media efforts. The candidate should be able to identify how these brand partnerships can be amplified via the organisation's range of PR, digital and paid media efforts, to achieve a cohesive communications program
Manage influencers/ key opinion leader (KOL) programs, which may include recommending or vetting (whether as part of agencys proposed strategy or resulting from an ad-hoc request) influencers for potential engagement and executing said influencer engagement. Facilitating influencer familiarization and/or filming trips to Singapore
Manage and advise internal and relevant external stakeholders on PR and digital strategies in Malaysia.
Manage an annual budget for digital and marketing campaigns, as well as agency contracts
Be abreast of media landscape, tourism and consumer market trends, adapting initiatives to capitalize on trends and opportunities.
