Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Work closely in all phases of the recruitment process, by establishing and feeding recruitment files and arrangements for interviews.
Familiar with local Malaysian regulations and payroll calculations.
Ensure all overtime/allowance claims from various departments are compiled and calculated accordingly.
Formulates and implements HR and admin policies for the company.
To record and update all payroll related files.
