Skills and Requirements

1)Possess a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.

2)Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant experience required.

3)Possess good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, prevailing human resource practice, recruitment strategy/execution and Human Resource relations.

4)Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.

5)Strong leadership skills, highly adaptable and must be able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities.

6)Experienced in dealing with groups of on-site staff ranging from engineers, technicians, operators and general workers including foreign workers permits etc.

Job Responsibilities

You will support the day-to-day Recruitment, Talent and Benefits operations for the Company. This includes, but not limited to:

1)Lead and manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, salary and benefits administration, labour / industrial relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and staff welfare.

2)Plan and execute recruitment strategies and ensure requests on staffing needs are promptly attended, including coordinating interviews, screening applicants and shortlisting process.

3)Manage and coordinate on disciplinary issues and staff grievances in accordance with the local employment laws/regulations, and in line with the corporate & local policies.

4)Manage and coordinate on HR/employment related matters such as transfer, secondment, promotion, termination, retrenchment, and etc. to ensure compliance with Labour laws and Group HR policies & policies.

5)Manage human resource services function which include: e-leave and e-claims administration Manage Insurance for Hospital & Surgical.

6)Provide sound and timely advice and recommendations on all aspects of Human Resource matters.

7)Preparation of annual/monthly/ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount reports, OT report and etc.)
