Working Days: Monday - Friday, Sat (Alternative)

Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Skills and Requirements

Process orders via email or phone

Fulfil requirement of walk in customer

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Develop monthly sales reports

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Job Responsibilities

Preferred with 1 year working experience as Sales Admin or General Admin

Hands on experience with MS Office and MS Excel

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level of dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Min qualification SPM / Diploma and above

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
