Key Responsibilities
- Accountancy and accounting for three related companies
- Management of the bank accounts of the properties (Maybank, RHB, UOB, PublicBank etc)
- Monthly reporting to the owners for property management.
- Financial tasks such as closing accounts, fixed assets and budget management
Skills & Experiences
- A minimum of a university degree
- At least 5 years of experience in company accounting (Malaysian accounting standards) in a position of responsibility
- Accounting experience in a property management company
- Expertise in MS Office
- Fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa
- Able to commute to the office in Molek
- Familiar with public accounting systems (Current software is "million") and Advantage if know property accounting management software.
