Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and client relations
Adapt in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong in general mathematical calculations
Providing support for existing clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
Ideate social media content and engagement campaigns to build engagement and growth of clients social media accounts
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for campaigns
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity
Actively pursue strategic, campaigns and operational objectives throughout companywide work
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Build direct relationships with KOLs and evolve a direct network regionally.
Support initiatives around building REFORMs very first podcast series.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of Social Media Management and Influencer services to existing clients.
Communicate and build relationships with existing clients; updating on new solutions we have
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
