Skills and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Those with relevant experience but without certificates will also be considered

Proficient in MS Office - Words, Excel and Powerpoint

Job Responsibilities

1.Answer and direct phone calls, company emails, FB messages and Whatsapp messages on real time basis

2.Develop and maintain office filing system physical and on company computers

3.Update and maintain office policies and procedures

4.Order office supplies

5.Maintain contact lists

6.Provide general support to visitors, vendors and customers

7.Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

8.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers and directors.

9.Assist in processing customer orders (PO) and shipments (Invoice and DO) according to the established schedule

10.Assist to prepare online customer orders.

11.Assist Production team to complete job orders on-time and within customer specifications

12.Responsible to carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior.
