Skills and Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive or relevant role

Degree in Human Resources or relevant field

Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

Accounting knowledge is essential

A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Mandarin speaker preferred

Job Responsibilities

To oversee the overall administration of the company.

To oversee organization recruitment, interview selection and hiring processes.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding process.

Manage and maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures, and ensure payroll statutory payments are timely and accurate.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Managing the companys deposits and financial expenditures.

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.

Record and maintain files on account receivables and update records as required.

Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
