Founded in 1988 in Kuala Lumpur by co-founders Chan Kim Moon and Peh Leong Seng, the brand aims to provide customers quality watches that are affordable. The company was established since 1994 with 33 outlets in AEON departments and shopping malls nationwide in Malaysia.

The chain of outlets is home to many brands like Britannia Polo Club, Gior Parragoma, Emilio Valentino, Giordano, Proking and etc. The Company’s in-house brand - Polo Club Britannia, has grown in popularity locally and across the region.
