Established in September 2020, HG Avenue Property Management is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia as a full-fledged professional practice offering property management and consultancy services.

HG Avenue’s aim is to provide quality and efficient building management and maintenance services with systematic billings and collections of service charges as well as prudence financial and budget control; to manage the maintenance funds for subdivided buildings in accordance with provisions as stipulated in the Strata Titles Act 1985 (ACT 318) and Strata Management Act 2013 (ACT 757).
