Who we are?
Flow Analytics is created to help SMEs solve business problems and achieve company goals via end-to-end business intelligence, data visualization and analytics solutions.
With data constantly used as a buzzword, many still lack the ability to fully realise the potential of their data in crafting better strategies. We are here to decode this daunting task - by walking clients through the ABCs of data adoption and establishing data cultures that lives on.
We combine both internal data from the business-as-usuals and external publicly available data to form a holistic view, so companies can be better equipped in making small day-to-day to transformative decisions.
Our cultures:
- Monday to Friday casuals
- Time flexibility: Between 8-5pm to 10-7pm, you choose
- Office or home: Working space is provided at Triune, but working-from-home is permissible, at your choice.
- Meetings: We meet once or twice per week, with options to conduct in office or via Zoom on Mondays and/or Thursdays.
- Performance-based: We measure the key results in line with company and individual career objectives based on OKRs.
- Communication: We focus on building a remote-friendly workplace, with high transparency across all platforms, processes documented in the cloud, and regular Zoom catch-ups to create a collaborative environment even without the face-to-face times.
