EBRIC has been founded by an international team of experienced professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, Europe with a strong background in Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Capital Markets, and Real Estate sector(s). Through our platform and services, we aim to address the inefficiencies that exist in real estate markets across Asia today. Based on an advanced system for the tokenization of real-property assets and financial technology (FinTech) innovation, EBRIC introduces a paradigm shift to address the illiquidity problem in Asia's real estate markets. In doing so, EBRIC connects property owners and real estate developers with qualified buyers through a next-generation property marketplace.
