B&G CAPITAL RESOURCES COMPANY BACKGROUND

B&G CAPITAL RESOURCES BERHAD (BGCR), a public company founded in 1994 and based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is the holding Company of a group of companies (known as ‘B&G Group’).

Starting out as a civil construction and building contractor in 1995, B&G early scope of works revolved around architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical services. At the same time, B&G Group also specialises in pre-cast construction method. Along the years, B&G Group has broadened its business into feasibility studies, conceptual design and manufacturing and trading of high quality construction building materials.

After 10 years in the civil construction and building industry, B&G took an exponential leap into the foray of property development. Property development is highly synergetic to the Group’s board construction activities. This was a milestone for B&G Group as it expanded from a mere builder into a property developer.

B&G Group continues to manage and oversee the overall constructions of its own projects through in-house expertise from architectural and engineering design to project management and construction. To date, it has completed 14 projects comprising both residential and commercial properties as well as terraced factories.

Apart from that, B&G is currently overseeing the development of four ongoing projects amounting to a GDV of RM2.49 billion. This includes Kingsley Hills – a 96-acre high end mixed residential development in Putra Heights, V-Residensi 2 @ Shah Alam, V-Residensi 5 @ Selayang, and d’Pristine @ Medini – its first integrated mixed commercial development in Iskandar Malaysia Johor.
