Job Description
Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Sales support such as assisting prepare quotations, issuing invoices, Delivery Order
- Communicate with the warehouse in Penang to ensure Import & Export activities
- To do customs clearance (K9)
- Manage stocks (once a year to warehouse in Penang for stock check)
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration / related field.
- Proficiency: English, Chinese and Malay
- Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
