Passenger Sales Officer

Job Description

Responsible for effective marketing, increase sales and customers of the airlines business.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of the following operations in Malaysia: 
• Passenger-related (web/data) marketing 
• Planning and implementation of collaborations with other companies 
• Building relationships with the media and PR work 
• Sales to companies/related organizations 
• Internal and external coordination, reporting, and other incidental operations related to the above

Skills & Experiences

• University graduate or higher  
• Work experience in the airline industry (sales and marketing) 
• Marketing experience in related industries 
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
• Cooperative and communication skills that value teamwork (clarity, care, etc.) 
• Autonomy and ability to think and act independently 
•  Those who work closely with customers to acquire ANA fans 
• (Japanese speakers, those with experience in Japanese companies are preferred) ) *not neccesary
