Job Description
As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, prospecting potential clients, presenting product demos and proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate company's products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent Innovax System.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years direct sales experience in selling AI, SaaS or software solutions
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Understanding of contact center solutions and web-based applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems and backend enterprise systems
- Self-motivated and target-driven
