Japanese Speaking Project Manager (Salesforce)

Job Description

As a project manager, plan, propose, design, and develop Salesforce-based business process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Summary: In the development of business systems, we consistently perform from the upstream process of designing client business processes to the design, construction, implementation, and operation of the systems necessary for execution.
• Current business analysis, business process design
• Requirement definition and design of system functions
• System function configuration and customization based on Salesforce
• Software development
• Preparation for operation startup (data migration, release work)
• Manual creation, operation guidance
• Support for establishment of operations, improvement proposals

Skills & Experiences

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or design related studies
• 3 years of SI project manager/project leader experience
• 3 years experience in business consulting
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Salesforce certified
