Project Manager

Job Description

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in tech and blockchain to lead end-to-end execution of innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects, from concept to launch.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Track key project metrics such as milestones, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in blockchain/crypto applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and workflows.

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-8 years of project management experience in tech, with at least 1-2 years in blockchain/Web3 preferred.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts: smart contracts, wallets, dApps, DeFi, NFTs, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello or similar project tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
