Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy
- Rebuild and make structure of marketing department (together with management)
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events including road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives
- Responsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids
- Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to companys information and products and to share with related PIC
- Managing companys official Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube account and website; plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies, communications, plans and objective
- To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports
- Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new product development
- Manage the expenses incurred in all marketing activities throughout the year within given A&P budget and also to project budget needs for the following financial year
- Responsible for corporate communication; manage all communication materials and disseminating marketing materials contents for both internal and external
- Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior in his/her department
- Nurture and grow new marketing members: As an advisor and knowledge sharing
Skills & Experiences
- Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 3 years experiences in both traditional marketing (offline) and digital marketing (online)
- Fluent in English, Malay, Japanese (basic)
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel
