Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to all HR processes.
  • Ensure timely communication of changes in HR policies, programs and procedures.
  • Develop policies and procedures in relation to the employee life cycle.
  • Provide updates and constant feedback on any local legislation changes that have a direct and indirect impact on HR related matters and when appropriate; suggest and work on proposals on solutions
  • Work hand in hand with management on best solutions for employee relations issues and build employees relationship for excellent employee experiences.
  • Overall management and control of the office operation.

Skills & Experiences

  • 2 years experience as an HR manager or Assistant HR manager conducting training for staffs
  • Experience or knowledge in Finance Industry
